Did you notice? We made a handful of changes to your AI website builder and editor. Your website is your business's first impression, so it pays (literally) to make a good one. Here's what we've added in the last few days — so you can stand out more than ever online.
New Header Styles
You only get one chance to make a first impression, which is why the header at the top of your website is so important. We've updated your editor with a handful of fresh options for customizing your site's header, including heading and subtext placement options.
Icons for Lists
If you're listing services offered by your business, icons can do an incredible job of summarizing what you offer quickly. You can now create a List section, and pick from a library of icons to best relay your business offerings and services. Prefer to stick with photography? No sweat, you still have that option.
Image Carousel
If a picture is worth a thousand words, a gallery is worth exponentially more. If you'd prefer to showcase larger photos or to take up less scroll space, you can now add a carousel in lieu of (or in addition to) your image gallery.
Full Screen Maps
Go big or go home—customers can now hit the fullscreen button on your website’s galleries and maps for maximum detail. Show off your services and help visitors find the fastest route to your business.
Embed Custom Objects
Durable’s website builder now gives you the raw power to embed custom objects on your pages. Add an Instagram feed, show Facebook posts, update visitors with your latest positive reviews, and more. Just look for the "Embed Code" option when hitting the "Share" option for a post or channel on social media.
Rounded Image Corners
It’s hip to be square, but sometimes a webpage just looks better with images with rounded corners—and you can do it starting today.
Okay, that's it for now! Our team is constantly hard at work making Durable a more powerful tool for small business entrepreneurs like you. Is there a feature or setting that you’d like to see added to Durable? Let us know in a tweet or a gram.
